High.
Here is the quickest opiate extraction on earth, bar none. No fent, no expensive reagents, and took 1 hour and 15 minutes, including a 35 minute round trip and 20 minutes in the stores.

One (1) 1250 ml one neck PET flask. Aka a 1.25 litre Pepsi bottle, was rinsed. the Pepsi places in another flask to the experiment could continue.

Then, 450g papiver somineferun seeds were made available

The hand was made into a funnel so the seeds can be poured into the "flask".

Approx 315ml of reagent grade H2O is poured into the neck of the flask, and the pennyhead stopper, I mean the cap, is attached, and agitation for 60 seconds begins

This also shows the approx level in the flask.
Shake shake shake, shake yo booty. 30-90 sec.

Then barely open the lid, so it remains attached but you can squeeze air out.

Invert the flask, and low and behold, the flask turns into a pretty decent filtering funnel.

(This part is hard to describe, use momentum to make all the seed matter and water go to the bottom of the buck-ner, lol)

Squeeze, so the liquid comes down but the seed matter is staying behind the frit, so to speak

Drink and repeat with more water.

In the time it took to write this, the milk of the poppy has definitely helped my pain.

Here is the second filtrate, much lighter than the first.

I have slung the seeds from the bottles when I grew weed up on the hill, and didn't want to drive to town just for a plastic bottle, so I would rinse the bottle out.
Seeds that landed in the compost pile ended up with bigger pods, but none were the size of a tennis ball
