???now i send address and solidify deal on telegram b4 heading yto escrow because theres no way to get seller my address on this forum w out breakin rules.XMR??IM unfamiliar with it.sry.
In section "Deal details" i give my personal & address information? maybe stupid question but better ask than post something and regret later ;p

Hi I'm a new seller and just received my first order through BB gate market. I understand correctly that I click on the accept sale button, the buyer will receive the address of the cryptocurrency money which is mediated by bbgate. When the payment is received the escrow agent writes a message then I send the order and wait for it to come to the buyers address. The buyer should click on the button that the order has arrived and I will receive the money? What if the order is lost or the seller doesn't click the button that the order was received. Can I defend myself with a video of me sending the order? Or if the buyer is inactive after I have shipped the order, will I get the money? I need to verify that everything went as it should. Thank you for any help.

Let's say I paid and the items never arrive. Do I have to withdraw it or can I just let it sit until I'm ready to make another deal? Can I prepay in anticipation of a product being available? I know nothing about crypto and just having a sort of wallet on site sounds appealing. If a couple hundred people had a balance, wouldn't that automatically mix it? Is there ever a time when the seller can see my wallet?

We are working on getting users to have an internal wallet. The seller does not see your wallet address from which you paid

To be honest, I do not know how to help you. You are the first person to face such a problem.
a bug detected.
1. i want to deposit amount in XMR that is confirmed.
2. go to ***/account/wallet/ and choose xmr --> deposit
3. then i choose an amount in EUR or USD. this amount is converted to xmr by some way and address generated.
4. but if i transfer to this address some amount bigger than i got on step 3, only amount from step 3 will be landed: rest will disappear.

Well, i did a few attempts to import my keys to some other wallet: mymonero app and web were used with the same result: syncing issue.
it looks as my last transaction was not processed correctly or something similar, i don't know exactly

UPD: finally I got an access to my funds with a strange wallet "monerujo". Beside of this one now one was able to sync all data.
