Meu primeiro pensamento também foi Berlim, mas acho que a concorrência com os táxis lá é muito grande e mais fácil para os clientes. Exatamente o mesmo acontece em Colônia, por exemplo: você não precisa procurar por um minuto no Telegram e já tem 20 pessoas que o levarão diretamente à sua porta por dinheiro.

Don’t you think that cabs offer a total different service and pricing structure compared to what we have available here?
While it is very convenient to quickly order a taxi and get what you need delivered to you, it can also be quite expensive. Moreover, there is always some uncertainty regarding who is driving and the quality of service you can expect.
I would say for small amouts it might not be important but if you value quality and operation security I would not prefer doing something convinient and fast on the cost of quality and security?
