I was accepted and have been waiting on a shipment confirmation for 4 months though I understand this project is extremely ambitious and may turn out to be more trouble than its worth but it was a great idea. I could be a way to enforce the 3 sample rule for all new vendors that seem to be more of a giveaway than a product shipping and total service review.
