brown mmc powder is created when we add the acid too quickly and the freebase starts to overheat, then all the pyrizine and other impurities start to come out, which means that we have lower efficiency. the same way we clean the wrong MMC free base, I use water and water with baking soda 3 times and water with baking soda always saves my life even when the entire solution did not react after rinsing with water and baking soda, I get the free base from the green oil of the MMC free base to yellow, changing the color green to blue and then to yellow

We can all rush, especially when the product is needed now
But we can speed up the process of acidification with compulsory cooling, for example in a pan with cold water.

isorry for my eng, but about topic - cooling the acid and FB is false helping, it help in overall, but not in parts...so what do you have - cooled acid slowly adding to FB, overall temp is low BUT in the surface area of contact of every single droplet - you have nearly boiling temps, you simply just dont see it, so only one solution is - to delute acid with final weight of water, that you plan to crystallize, normally it about 1:3 or 1:5, something like that, in total i get 1g of 4mmc*hbr to 2.5g of water, or more. So bromination can be endede full clean, just rinse the acid, amination....yeah you always need to wash out excess of methilamine, and acidation can be done clean to water
