Hay un documento en el que se documenta y explica muy bien el proceso de aislamiento de la Morfina a partir del Opio en bruto (y también su posterior procesamiento y refinamiento para obtener Heroína en un porcentaje bastante alto) tal y como lo hacen los cultivadores de adormidera afganos.
Todavía no lo he probado, pero lo haré en las próximas semanas. Tal vez alguien más puede marcar y decir algo acerca de si y cómo es posible reducir la escala de la técnica de extracción para adaptarse a un pequeño rendimiento de opio de un cultivo casero o similares.

Personalmente, me interesaría mucho que esto saliera a la luz. Esto me solucionaría MUCHOS problemas. Parece y suena genial , @Zippy53. ¿Puedo preguntar si supervisaste el cultivo personalmente o cómo se pueden obtener las materias primas? Vivo en un clima septentrional, concretamente cerca de Boston. Supongo que no se pueden cultivar al aire libre por temporadas. Tengo una luz LED o dos para el cultivo de marihuana, esto no debería ser un problema para tener una amapola o dos en el armario? ¿Cuánto tiempo se tarda desde la germinación hasta la cosecha? ¿Hay algún vendedor de semillas fiable en el medio? Probablemente pueda encontrar información para el cultivo en erowid si no aquí....

To answer some my own naive questions. Poppies grow just fine in northern climates, some even prefer. Seeds which can be acquired in abundance, grocery store variety are active but weak, better strains can be found online, can be cast effortlessly and without much care onto loose soil almost anywhere during autumn or early spring and these things will grow. Indoors works but outdoor is better - you need alot more than 1 or 2. It only takes 2-3 months from start to finish. If sewn in autumn, they hibernate of course.

on top of that morphine can be purified by sublimation at 190°C lol
