Question Why domain is not getting seized?

Hello.
BBGate is a very popular website with over 40 000 members.
We have here forums, Videos on how to synthesize drugs, Reagents & equipments and drug market with escrow service.

I know that BBGate has onion link but Domain "BBGate.com" never got seized, also backend servers which are protected by Cloudflare. Why?
This might be a stupid question but still i am very interested to know answer.

Our main domain is located in the onione zone, and bbgate is just a gateway from the clearnet to the tor. The domain can really be blocked, we are ready for this and warn everyone that you can safely use the site only through a tor browser and a tor link.

I second that the only safe way to use BB forum is through ToR. If you use the clearnet gateway bbgate dot com then your provider can see that you are using the forum, and so can law enforcement if they have an investigation against you and obtain a warrant to intercept your electronic communication. They won't be able to see what you do on the forum, but they'll know the fact that you browse the forum at least. Don't give them an inch and have the discipline to protect yourself by always using ToR for BB and any other similar darknet websites.

Shit, when I went to bbgate the first time, it was thru tor, then I found the onion .
I wish there wasn't a clearnet version
