Defendant found to be a scammer Scam deal with spanapa

Already posted this issue a week ago, but that time @spanara came to the branch with reply, so apparently the tread was removed by admin.

This week gone again without any result: and there is no sense to wait any from the seller apart from clear and direct refund.

It was not a first deal, and the first deal was even OK. So I transfered crypto without hesitating on 14.04.23.
But this current order was not shipped in two weeks, so I came here to the forum. Then as soon as I posted the issue I got from the seller a reply with empty tracking number and standard "blahblahblah-be-calm-sending right-now".
Shall I point on the fact the shipment with this tracking number was never shipped? Of course it wasn't(((
Holy! During the last week I got a number of replies with standard "tomorrow" continuing to the point where is no needs to ship. This fact was pointed to the seller, and promise of refund was got. Shall I point on the fact the money has not been refunded? They has not been(((

To the admin. The copy of the emailing with exact details in PM on demand. Please don't close the topic until it resolved.
