Is this seller legit? To me it looks like a law-abiding shop that tries to scam suspicious buyers. The phrasing "This product requires the signing of an end user declaration after paying for the order" seems to me that there is a good chance they'll say "wow boy, you don't seem to have any legitimate and legal use for this, we can't sell it to you. And if you don't want to have your purchase attempt reported then say good bye to your money. Because what are you going to do? Sue us? Good luck, Mr. Drug Manufacturer". I see a great risk in purchasing from them, unless one has a registered business to make the purchase so you don't order as an individual.

This is really a legal store, when buying nitroethane, I was asked for a declaration, which I issued for a drop. Documents were not needed for alkali and alcohol, perhaps valerofenone will not be required.
