Malaysian police report a successful raid that uncovered an MDMA lab. The raid resulted in the arrest of one person and the seizure of various drugs and precursors.
Police discovered a mini drug processing lab and arrested a 32-year-old drug dealer during a raid at an apartment in Jelutong, March 17, law enforcement officials said. The investigation revealed that the suspect had been using his rented home as a methylenedioxy-methamphetamine (MDMA) lab for at least a month.
Police also seized 2,025.30 grams of MDMA, 16.5 grams of ketamine, 45 ecstasy tablets and 40 Erimin 5 tablets, valued at $26,000.
Also, the police report that the detained man was unemployed, he tested positive for drugs and is currently in custody.
