Question Lidocaine HCI 10% sprey Can we benefit from it?

Hi friends I have a lot of this product Lidocaine HCI 10% can I use it to make industrial cannabis?
I searched a lot and discovered that in the State of Egypt they mix ketamine with atropine with tobacco or another type of plant to become they have a very strong drug called Strox
They use these methods because they don't have MDMB
I have the product in the picture, can I make strox?
And who owns the way to make strox or heard of it please tell us about it

I don't think this product can be the main substance but it can be used to increase the amount of the finished product
Because in Egypt the main substance (any synthetic cannabinoids substance) in making strox was coming from china . the ketamine and atropine were used to increase the effect and amount
