Question Can I start my lab in an apartment?

I would like to make amphetamine and MDMA, there is some problem do it in an apartment?
I would move to another place ASAP but for the next months I cant. No money for everything, I already have to buy the chemicals and glassware.

I would strongly advise not to start a lab in your own home or any location that can by traced back to you easily.

A good starting location might be a garage (payed in cash with fake ID) to stay as anonymous as possible

I was more concerned about noises and smells... To much noise and smell for an apartment?
There is the advantage, if happens someone feel odours from the street they dont know from witch building it comes from, advantage over a house!

Your next issue would be odors, friends and family visiting or neighbours being suspicious. How do you plan to eliminate all of those?
Especially odors.

Also, is your sourcing of precursors and lab equipment 100% anonymous? If no, an investigation against you could lead LE very quick to the first place where they would assume your lab or precursors to be, your home!

You are not wrong with your assumption although there are ways how you could extract as much from odors as possible such as ozon generators and guiding your exhaust/filter system through a water based solution to filter it.

Sorry so many questions... amphetamine synthesis have smell if I use p2pn and mercury method?
I watched de video for 10 grams, very small quantity, but I could be doing 5 reactions like that at the same time. If I could make 100g amphetamine per day was a good start!

I was a marijuana grower and ozone generators were sold for smell to use together with a carbon filter. I never bought an ozone generator because carbon filters removed the smell 100%. With marijuana 2 kg carbon, about $12, are enough to remove the smell from a room for 1 year. But with chemicals the carbon would get saturated very fast.
Ozone generators would work for amphetamine production?
Maybe guiding the axhaust through water not a good idea because carbon filters are less efficient when humidity increases.

No worries!

Yes, there will be odors and toxic fumes that need to be recycled/decreased. I think it's best to work with an active carbon filtration system that's placed above the reactor, right where the source of odor/fumes is. That carbon filter can be combined with an ozone generator, same as they do on weed plantages, exactly!

I'd assume it would work the same as it is to prevent odors from spreading too wide, not from fighting toxic fumes..

Guiding them through water is actually something I see quite often, like shown on the following picture (right side in the corner) so it's alright to do it in a lab:

It's not 100% water but a solution with something I can not exactly remember right now.
