Can you crush it?
Dissolve to complete liquid or colloid solution.
Then use ammonia to make free base (NaOH may react with filler, but try it too).
Then extract it with dichloromethane, use stir it hard to make emulsion, if its colloid.
Then let it separate and take dcm solution.
You can use hexane or something like this.
Very low or very high dense non polar solvent, which will not dissolve polyvinylpyrrolidone.
Then make salt from freebase.
I did it once with oxys many years ago.
