Ahoj všetciChcem škálovať p2p na 1000 g a ak to pôjde dobre p2p na 5000 g pre leuckartovu syntézu . Mám pomery pre malé dávky . Mohli by ste mi pomôcť so škálovaním na p2p 1000g. A ďalšiu p2p 5000g, koľko jednotlivých chemikálií by som potreboval. Ďakujem

Najskôr budete potrebovať dostatočne veľký reaktor so všetkým jeho príslušenstvom.

Dostatočne veľký reaktor, dostatočne veľká súprava na parnú destiláciu, priamo by som škáloval na 5 kg. Leuckart sa dá urobiť v nehrdzavejúcej oceli. Keď urobíte svoj druhý krok s kaustickou sódou.
kúpte si malú 100L nádrž, nech vám zvárač vyrobí kondenzátor.

You can buy those dirt cheap now
It is called a tube in shell condenser, and that shit goes fast, as it is a bunch of condensing tubes cooled down with ice water, or, in my case, IPA and dry ice to get it below -50c. (Gets down to -78c but my thermometer doesn't go that low)
You can get one for 2k from "hardware factory store " that you don't even need a chiller or homemade chiller for, it has a big scoop for ice or dry ice.

Shit they are 1100 for a 4" diameter and 2200 for a 6" diameter, but you can scoop dry ice into the area, pour in IPA and it all gets super cold...amazing for recovery of any low boiling hydrocarbon vapor
