Looking for advice or chemistry tutors who can help me get the fundamentals sorted before I jump into drug synthesis stuff ^^

Heyyy! I'm new here. And I'm a student who's been really into the drug synthesis vids here lately, which have totally sparked my curiosity and got me interested.
But I realized I'm not that great with chemistry, and it could really trip me up as I learn about different syntheses. Also, English isn't my first language, so it's kinda hard for me to understand and speak it right away. However, I'm always friendly and enjoy meeting different people and making friends.
So, I'm looking to meet folks who can mentor me or show me the ropes or just for some advice. It would mean a lot if you guys could keep that in mind. ^^

look in the chemistry library loads off books you can read

Start studying Organic Chemistry Fundamentals (use Clayden's book only when you understand the basics). Understand all the procedures before starting anything, and don't trust in everything you read, check it, understand it, and see if its making any sense to you. Chemistry in general is complex, but when you get all the basics, you will see that everything is an especific application of it.
Search for Khan Academy (or even Youtube) organic classes to start.
