50g of Acacia Acuminata Root Bark (AARB) in a 1L flask.
Add 500ml of H2O and 50ml of 5% acetic acid (vinegar)
Soak for 24 hours stir or disturb 6 times.
Add 200ml saturated saline solution (70g NaCL, 200ml H2O). (nacl is PICKLING SALT)
Add 200ml caustic soda (60g caustic soda, 200ml H2O).
Soak for 24 hours stir or disturb 6 times.
Add 100ml of non polar solvent (naphtha).
Sit for 24 hours stir or disturb 4 times.
Decant solvent into glass dish and freeze precipitate for 24 hours at minus 18°C.
Subsequent solvent washes with 50ml solvent. (naphtha).
Yielded 650mg on first pull of perfectly white crystals. Yield 150mg on second pull. Thirds looks empty
total yield 800mg from 50g (1.6%) with very easy tek/method
