I am stumped. I have about 240 USD in my Torzon wallet, and I am trying to make a purchase that is way less. When I try to complete the purchase, it is saying my BTC needs to be topped-off. The only thng I can speculate on is that the transaction is using escrow, and my escrow balance is $0.00. Do I need to transfer $ from my BTC to Escrow? If so, how do I do that?

Escrow at torzon shows the funds currently held in escrow. Those are not available to be spent again. You don't transfer anything to escrow, simply complete a purchase that uses escrow and funds will be taken from your wallet and placed into escrow.

An account at Torzon has two wallets - a BTC one and XMR one. Torzon keeps the crypto and shows the current USD evaluation. You never have USD at Torzon, you have either BTC or XMR (or both). To pay you must pick the right wallet when selecting the item to purchase. Also, if you just moved funds to Torzon it may take few more confirmations on the ledger before you can spend it.

Thanks so much for responding--REALLY appreciate it. I don't understand if I have 240 USD in my Torzon wallet, and I put an order into my cart...when I go to pay it says the balance needs to be topped-off, even thought the balance is higher than the order amount. Way higher even with postage.

AND...my wallet shows a USD balance of $240.00 but $0 BTC...so when I try to pay for the order, it says "not enough BTC balance." The total price of my order is $128.36 and my USD balance is $240.00 but I cannot complete this damn transaction. This is so unbelievably confusing!

Torzon is riddled with issues. I'm not going to sink thier battleshp in this thread, but the problem is probably that you put the thing in your cart, which holds the moeny out for anything that is in there, so it needs to e empty when you go to buy something. Torzon has a policy that the seller is always right. I've never met a person who was a buyer that won a dispute, I looked for someone, on dread. I told the guy I woud tell everyone who would listen, about my experience there. It wass not a very good one. They wouldn't even refund me for a package that was intercepted AT THE SELLERS HOUSE. He had them pick it up and it never even made it to the post office. Couldn't get my money back
