Ciao a tuttiVoglio scalare il p2p a 1000g e se va bene il p2p a 5000g per la sintesi di leuckart. Ho i rapporti per i piccoli lotti. Potreste aiutarmi a scalare a p2p 1000g. E un altro p2p 5000g come di ogni prodotto chimico avrei bisogno. Grazie

Per prima cosa è necessario disporre di un reattore sufficientemente grande e di tutti i suoi accessori.

Reattore abbastanza grande, set di distillazione a vapore abbastanza grande, io scalerei direttamente a 5 kg. Leuckart può essere fatto in acciaio inossidabile. Quando si esegue il secondo passaggio con la soda caustica.
comprate un piccolo serbatoio da 100 litri e fatevi fare un condensatore da un saldatore.

It is called a tube in shell condenser, and that shit goes fast, as it is a bunch of condensing tubes cooled down with ice water, or, in my case, IPA and dry ice to get it below -50c. (Gets down to -78c but my thermometer doesn't go that low)
You can get one for 2k from "hardware factory store " that you don't even need a chiller or homemade chiller for, it has a big scoop for ice or dry ice.

Shit they are 1100 for a 4" diameter and 2200 for a 6" diameter, but you can scoop dry ice into the area, pour in IPA and it all gets super cold...amazing for recovery of any low boiling hydrocarbon vapor
