Sanding down high spot buchner (porcelain)

Got a mayor high spot, where fluid seems to escape under filterpaper.
Sending it back isnt an option.

you might be sucking too hard and that is just the point of least resistance, try less suction

Are you wetting down the paper before filtering?

yes sucktion is to hard. full power. ( 4cfm)
And yes i wet the filter.

Moisten the paper and let water (or solvent) fully dampen the filterpapers before applying vacuum that needs not to be too sudden
