Hej alleJeg vil gerne opskalere p2p til 1000 g, og hvis det går godt, p2p til 5000 g til leuckart-syntesen. Jeg har forholdstallene for lille batch. Kan du hjælpe mig med at skalere op til p2p 1000g. Og en anden p2p 5000g, hvor af hver kemikalie jeg har brug for. Tak for hjælpen

Du skal først have en stor nok reaktor med alt dens tilbehør.

Stor nok reaktor, stort nok dampdestillationssæt, jeg ville opskalere til 5 kg direkte. Leuckart kan laves i rustfrit stål. Når du laver dit andet trin med kaustisk soda.
Køb en lille 100 liters tank, og få en svejser til at lave en kondensator til dig.

You can buy those dirt cheap now
It is called a tube in shell condenser, and that shit goes fast, as it is a bunch of condensing tubes cooled down with ice water, or, in my case, IPA and dry ice to get it below -50c. (Gets down to -78c but my thermometer doesn't go that low)
You can get one for 2k from "hardware factory store " that you don't even need a chiller or homemade chiller for, it has a big scoop for ice or dry ice.

Shit they are 1100 for a 4" diameter and 2200 for a 6" diameter, but you can scoop dry ice into the area, pour in IPA and it all gets super cold...amazing for recovery of any low boiling hydrocarbon vapor
