is that reasonable prices?

Can only talk about the Ethyl Acetate, the IPA & the Acetone but yes those are reasonable prices

Acetone, if that is meant to be $35 and the product is >99.5 % acetone, then it's ok. Ethyl acetate, IPA, peroxide seem alright.

Methylpropiophenone, assuming it's actually 4-'Methylpropiophenone, that is way too expensive. €180/$190 can buy you a liter of that thing in the EU; your is 9x more expensive, nothing (in terms of purity etc) can justify such difference. Double check if it's a mistake or find a better vendor.

I guess that is the reason drugs are so fucking expensive here >.<
Is there any way I can synthesis it myself?

Acetone, EA and IPA are basic solvents you can't reasonably synthesize yourself at acceptable cost. 4-'Methylpropiophenone can be synthesized and it's described on the forum, but again it requires certain reagents that may be restricted in some parts of the world (e.g. toluene, propionyl chloride). The availability and cost of reagents certainly drives up the final price, indeed.

Hydrobromic acid 48% - 500 ml bottle - $170 and 4--'Methylpropiophenone 90% - 1 bottle 100 ml -$170?
The technical grade considered right, or do I need a better grade?

"Toluene, propionyl chloride" those are not banned on my country but I guess they will not be cheap I will ask for a price
